Nollywood actress Adesua Etomi has given fans a glimpse into one of her adventurous moments this year after sharing a video of herself taking on an aerial trapeze challenge.
The actress posted the 93-second clip on Monday, August 31, 2026, showing her suspended in the air with the aid of a safety harness inside what appeared to be a spacious training tent.
In the video, Adesua could be seen swinging, flipping and performing different aerial movements that required considerable strength, balance and body control. The demanding nature of the activity was also highlighted through an on-screen message, which acknowledged the discomfort of the harness while emphasizing the importance of safety.
Sharing the video, the actress, who is married to singer and entrepreneur Banky W, reflected on how she has been spending 2026. She described the year as one filled with purpose, exploration, learning, work and quality time with her children.
“2026 has been for God & Humanity, Living & Building, Learning & Playing, Working & Wining, Traveling & Exploring and enjoying my time with my babies,” she wrote.
Adesua Etomi further expressed her excitement about the experiences she has had so far, adding, “I’m having the time of my entire life.”
