A Nigerian woman has taken to social media to call out young men in Abuja who, according to her, frequently approach married women with romantic intentions.
The woman, who shared her experience publicly, alleged that some young men have been sending inappropriate messages and unsolicited nude images to married women in their direct messages.
According to her, the situation has become so common that she decided to speak out and urge women to maintain financial independence rather than rely entirely on others for money.
She said:
“As a married woman in Abuja, a lot of young men have been disturbing me, sending me their n√des every time. That’s why I advised every woman to have her own money, because most of these guys saying women beg for money are in our DMs.”
Her comments have since sparked reactions online, with many social media users discussing the pressure some women reportedly face from unsolicited romantic advances and messages.
