According to earlier viral claims, the actor was said to have died on Thursday, April 23, 2026, following a prolonged struggle with kidney failure, sparking concern among fans and colleagues.

However, in a post shared on his Instagram page on Friday, Don Richard clarified the situation, describing the reports as false and reassuring the public that he is alive, healthy, and in good condition.

“There’s nothing wrong with me, I appreciate my fans for the love and concern. I’m alive, hale and hearty. I dey alive ooo, the bloggers should continue their bad posting, God will judge them amen,” he said.
