The Embassy of India in Abu Dhabi has announced that a new outsourced service provider will take over passport, visa and consular services for Indian nationals and other applicants across the UAE from July 1, 2026.According to the Embassy, Al Hind Tours and Travels LLC has been selected to manage the services following a tendering and evaluation process.The current providers, BLS International Services Limited and SGIVS Global, will continue accepting and processing applications until June 30, 2026. Applications submitted before the transition date will continue to be handled through the existing centres.From July 1, all passport, visa and consular service applications will be accepted through designated centres operated by Al Hind Tours and Travels.The Embassy advised applicants to continue using BLS International and SGIVS Global centres for services until the end of June and to follow official announcements regarding the transition process.In its statement, the Embassy urged members of the Indian community and other applicants to rely only on official websites and verified social media channels for information related to passport, visa and consular services.The Embassy said it is working with relevant authorities and service providers to ensure a smooth transition while maintaining efficient and accessible services across the UAE.
