Media personality Daddy Freeze has shared his thoughts on the controversy surrounding the dollar notes sprayed on TikTok star Peller during his wedding to Jarvis.
The issue surfaced after Peller revealed that several of the dollar bills he received as gifts during the lavish ceremony were allegedly counterfeit.
According to the content creator, he only became aware of the situation when he took the money to a bank to make a deposit. He said he was subsequently informed that a substantial number of the notes were fake.
Reacting to the development during a recent livestream, Daddy Freeze rejected suggestions that wealthy guests at the wedding could have been responsible for the alleged counterfeit notes.
Instead, he suggested that some celebrities and Nollywood actors could be behind the incident.
“Peller said he was sprayed fake dollars. It’s Nollywood actors and celebrities that’ll give Peller fake dollars, not billionaires like Chief Priest,” he said.
Daddy Freeze also used the controversy to speak about his personal experiences and how they have influenced the people he chooses to associate with.
The broadcaster explained that he prefers maintaining close relationships with individuals who have achieved significant success in business and entertainment. He said his social circle is largely made up of people operating at the highest levels in their respective fields.
He further referenced businessman Mr Ochacho’s reported wedding gift to Peller, suggesting that the gesture demonstrated confidence in the TikToker’s growing influence and potential.
The comments have added another layer to the ongoing conversation surrounding the alleged fake dollar notes received by Peller at his wedding.
