JMG Limited has reinforced its dominance in Nigeria’s engineering landscape with the successful delivery of three high-impact projects spanning the healthcare, manufacturing, and aviation sectors in the second quarter of 2026.
The integrated electromechanical solutions company executed the projects through its renewable energy, climate solutions, and elevator divisions, underscoring its strategic commitment to driving efficiency, sustainability, and long-term operational resilience for businesses across the country.
A major highlight of the quarter was the deployment of a hybrid solar power system by JMG Solar at St. Catherine Specialist Hospital, Wuse 2, Abuja. The installation guarantees uninterrupted electricity supply for critical medical services while significantly cutting reliance on diesel-powered generators.
Since its commissioning, the hospital has recorded a 50 per cent reduction in diesel consumption, dropping from approximately 2,000 litres to 1,000 litres monthly. This shift has translated into diesel cost savings of about ₦14 million within just four months. In addition, monthly energy expenses have declined by roughly ₦2 million. The solar system is projected to generate over 133 megawatt-hours of clean energy annually while preventing more than 53,000 kilograms of carbon emissions each year.
In the manufacturing sector, JMG Clima — the company’s climate solutions arm and authorised dealer of Trane in Nigeria — completed a major cooling infrastructure upgrade at the corporate facility of a leading Nigerian snacking company. Following a detailed technical assessment, JMG deployed a high-efficiency HVAC system that enhances cooling performance, improves indoor air quality, strengthens operational reliability, and optimises long-term maintenance efficiency.
Further demonstrating its technical depth, JMG Elevator delivered a large-scale vertical transportation project at Victor Attah International Airport, Akwa Ibom State. The project involved the installation and ongoing maintenance of 16 TK Elevator units, comprising 12 elevators and four escalators designed to improve passenger movement, accessibility, and terminal efficiency.
Following the successful execution, the client approved the addition of three more units, bringing the total number of installations at the airport to 19 — a strong vote of confidence in JMG’s engineering expertise.
Speaking on the milestone achievements, JMG’s Chief Commercial Officer, Rabi Jammal, emphasised the company’s focus on delivering practical, future-ready solutions.
