One of Kenya’s most disturbing criminal investigations continues to captivate public attention as the prime suspect in a high-profile murder case remains at large following a dramatic escape from police custody.
The case centers on Collins Jumaisi Khalusha, a Kenyan man who was arrested in July 2024 after investigators began probing the discovery of dismembered human remains at the Kware quarry dumpsite in Nairobi. The gruesome findings triggered nationwide concern and drew international media attention.
