Residents of Itamaga in Ikorodu were thrown into shock after a suspected kidnapper was reportedly apprehended while allegedly moving around with stolen belongings concealed inside a bag.
According to eyewitness accounts, vigilant members of the community became suspicious of the man’s movements and intercepted him.
