The mother of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) governorship candidate in Lagos State, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, has died.
The family announced her passing in a terse statement shared by Rhodes-Vivour on his X handle on Monday.
โWith sadness in our hearts and gratitude to God for a life well spent, we announce the call to glory of Nkechi Stella Rhodes-Vivour ( Nee Waboso),โ the statement, signed by Olawale Rhodes-Vivour on behalf of the family, read.
โA loving wife, devoted mother and grandmother. The epitome of Love. She will be sorely missed. May her beautiful soul rest in perfect peace.โ
The family said funeral arrangements would be announced in due course.
