Real Madrid manager, Alvaro Arbeloa, has responded when asked if Vinicius Junior is more committed than Kylian Mbappe after the Los Blancos defeated Espanyol 2-0 in the LaLiga on Sunday.
Arbeloa watched as two goals from Vinicius ensured Real Madrid defeated Espanyol at RCDE Stadium.
Speaking at his post-match interview after the game, Arbeloa was asked if
Vinicius is more committed than Mbappe.
The Spaniard responded as quoted by MadridXtra, “I don’t compare players. We need all the players, I’ve always said it, you need all the players’ commitment to win games.
“It hurts me when I see other teams run more than us. We need the commitment of all the players if you want to be a complete team.
“Talent alone is not enough. This is Real Madrid. Players have to understand what Real Madrid is.”
Meanwhile, Mbappe didn’t play the Espanyol game as the Frenchman is currently recovering from a hamstring injury.
