The President General of notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Ambassador Comrade Emeni Ibe, JP, AP, has extended warm felicitations to Professor Henry Ogiri on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
In a congratulatory message, Amb. Ibe described Prof. Ogiri as a good man, a leader with a good heart, and a distinguished son of Rivers State whose contributions have made a lasting impact.
Amb. Ibe celebrated Prof. Ogiri, the Federal Commissioner of the National Population Commission in charge of Rivers State, for his years of service in academics, public service, and community development.
“Congratulations and happy birthday to a good man and a leader with a good heart, Professor Henry Ogiri, DSSRS, Federal Commissioner, National Population Commission, Rivers State,” Amb. Ibe stated.
“We join family, friends, well-wishers and associates to celebrate the huge impact you have created over the years in academics, our dear state, Rivers State, and beyond.”
On behalf of the Orashi National Congress, Amb. Ibe expressed gratitude to God for the life of the celebrant and prayed for more years of service, wisdom and good health.

The ONC joined Rivers people across the state in celebrating Prof. Ogiri and prayed that God continues to bless him with strength to serve the state and nation.
