PSG Reach Back-to-Back Champions League Finals After Bayern Draw

Defending champions Paris Saint-Germain secured a place in the UEFA Champions League final for the second straight season after battling Bayern Munich to a 1-1 draw on Wednesday night.

The French giants advanced 6-5 on aggregate after holding off sustained pressure from the German side in a tense semi-final clash.

PSG made a dream start to the encounter when Ousmane Dembele fired them ahead in the third minute, finishing off a precise cutback from Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

Despite dominating possession for large periods of the game, Bayern Munich struggled to break down PSG’s disciplined defence, which stood firm throughout the contest.

Harry Kane eventually found the equaliser for Bayern deep into stoppage time, but the late strike was not enough to prevent the French champions from progressing to another final.

PSG will now face Arsenal in the UEFA Champions League final scheduled for May 30 in Budapest.
