One of the biggest talking points in the entertainment industry is the rumoured reunion of Annie Idibia and her estranged husband, 2Baba.
It would be recalled that in January 2025, 2Baba announced in an Instagram post that he and Annie Idibia had been separated for some time and were set to divorce.
Although the post was later deleted, the “African Queen” singer subsequently released a video confirming that the contents of the post were accurate.

Fresh speculation about a possible reconciliation emerged after an old video of the couple, who got married in 2012, surfaced online showing them vibing together at a club.
However, the mother of two was quick to dismiss the rumours that they are back together or expecting a child.
In a post shared on her Instagram account, she stated that the video currently making the rounds is an old one, adding that any reports suggesting they have reunited or are expecting a baby are false.
On July 25, 2025, 2Face Idibia married Nigerian politician and Edo State lawmaker, Hon. Natasha Osawaru in a traditionally ceremony. The private ceremony reportedly took place at the Esama of Benin’s palace.
