What began as a terrifying scene quickly turned into a remarkable story of courage and survival after a group of brave passersby sprang into action to save a man who was being carried away by powerful floodwaters in Okpanam, Delta State.
According to eyewitness accounts, the man found himself trapped in rapidly moving floodwaters following heavy rainfall in the area. Within moments, the strong current reportedly swept him away, leaving onlookers fearing the worst.
