Ukraine has reportedly carried out another long-range drone strike on a logistics facility in Russia’s Ryazan region, as Kyiv continues efforts to disrupt infrastructure supporting Moscow’s war campaign.
The attack, reported on Wednesday, targeted a warehouse linked to Wildberries, Russia’s largest e-commerce company.
Ukrainian officials have previously alleged that the company’s logistics network contributes to Russia’s military supply chain.
Russian authorities confirmed a drone incident in the region but did not acknowledge any military significance of the facility.
The strike is the latest in a series of Ukrainian operations targeting warehouses, fuel depots, industrial sites, railway infrastructure and transport facilities deep inside Russian territory.
Military analysts say the campaign is designed to weaken Russia’s ability to sustain combat operations by disrupting supply routes, complicating logistics and forcing Moscow to divert additional air defence resources to protect key infrastructure.
Ukraine has increasingly expanded its long-range strikes beyond conventional military targets to include logistics and industrial facilities regarded as critical to Russia’s defence network.
The strategy aims to hamper resupply operations, raise the cost of sustaining the war and place greater pressure on Russia’s military infrastructure.
The latest reported strike underscores Ukraine’s growing long-range strike capability and its determination to impose strategic costs far beyond the front lines as both sides continue to contest control of vital supply networks.
