Moroccan referee Zoulaikha Harmasse and Namibian official Antsino Twanyanyukwa have been appointed to officiate two matches at the ongoing TotalEnergies CAF Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) Morocco 2026 on Wednesday.
The appointments were announced by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Media on its official X page ahead of Wednesday’s WAFCON fixtures.
Harmasse will take charge of the Group-stage encounter between Ghana and Cape Verde at the Moulay Rachid Stadium in Casablanca, with the match scheduled for 6pm local time.
She will be assisted by compatriots Soukaina Hamdi and Ihsane Enn ouajeli as Assistant Referee 1 and Assistant Referee 2 respectively, while Zakia El Grini will serve as the fourth official. Yara Atef of Egypt has been appointed as the reserve assistant referee.

Issa Sy of Senegal will serve as the Video Assistant Referee (VAR), with Morocco’s Zakaria Bouchtaou as the Assistant Video Assistant Referee (AVAR).
Meanwhile, Twanyanyukwa will officiate the Cameroon versus Mali encounter at the Larbi Zaouli Stadium in Casablanca, scheduled for 9pm local time.
The Namibian will be assisted by Zambia’s Diana Chikotesha and Nigeria’s Sakina Hamidou Alfa, while Akhona Makalima of South Africa has been appointed as the fourth official.
Nafissatou Yekini Shitou of Senegal will serve as the reserve assistant referee, while Egypt’s Haggag Hossam Azab has been appointed as the VAR official.
Leticia Antonella Viana of Angola will serve as the Assistant Video Assistant Referee for the Cameroon-Mali clash.
