Anambra-Based Creator Waga Says Peter Obi Should Be Voted for in 2027, Vows to Challenge South-East Governors
An Anambra-based content creator, Waga, has expressed support for Peter Obi ahead of the 2027 general election, saying Nigerian youths should make their voices heard at the polls.
Waga made the statement while discussing the political future of the country and the role of young people in determining the outcome of the next presidential election.
According to the content creator, although he respects President Bola Tinubu as an elder, he believes Peter Obi should receive the support of voters in 2027.
“We love Tinubu as an elder, but when it comes to voting in the 2027 election, we need to vote for Peter Obi,” Waga said.
He also criticised the governors of South-East states, including Alex Otti, Charles Soludo, Francis Nwifuru, Peter Mbah and Hope Uzodimma, suggesting that young people would challenge their political influence during the election.
Waga argued that the governors should not assume they could determine how residents of their states would vote, adding that the outcome could affect how much influence they wield in national political discussions.
He further described the 2027 election as a crucial moment for young Nigerians, stressing that they should participate actively in the democratic process.
“This 2027 election is our last hope,” he added.
His comments highlight the political conversations surrounding the next general election, particularly debates over youth participation, the influence of state governors and Peter Obi’s support ahead of the 2027 polls.
