Actor Femi Adebayo’s ex-wife, Omotayo Sanusi, has publicly denied social media claims alleging that actress Toyin Abraham was responsible for the breakdown of her marriage to the Nollywood star.
In a statement shared on her Instagram page, Omotayo addressed what she described as false and misleading reports circulating online. She specifically dismissed claims that Toyin Abraham played any role in the collapse of her marriage.
According to her, the allegation has no basis in fact and should not be taken as the truth.
She wrote, “I have exercised a conversation between the parties directly involved that I could share. However, I have chosen not to do so because I do not believe in public hostility or benefit to continue fueling public conflict.”
Omotayo added that she was making the clarification to protect the reputation of those being wrongly linked to the matter.
She further stated, “My intention is not to attack anyone or prolong this issue. It is simply to state the truth as I know it, correct the record, and put an end to this particular false narrative.”
The actress also clarified that there is no evidence to support the claims being circulated online, insisting that dragging Toyin Abraham into the issue is unfair and misleading.
