The meeting is the ninth and is coming a few days after the Governor hosted a major stakeholders meeting of the All Progressives Congress, APC held over the weekend.
In attendance at today’s executive Council meeting is the Secretary to the state Government, Abubakar Nakwada, Chief of staff to the Governor, Mukhtar Lugga, Commissioners and Permanent Secretaries.
Other Include the Principal Private Secretary to the Governor, Mannir Baba, Director General Media and Communication, Government House, Nuhu Salihu Anka, and Spokesperson to the Governor, Suleiman Bala Idris among others.
Critical issues of progress and Development of Zamfara state are expected to make the agenda of the 9th executive Council Meeting.
Governor Dauda Lawal who is known for his steadfastness and dedication to duty will chair the meeting which usually last for several hours.
At the end of the Meeting, Newsmen would be informed of the outcome of some of the issues discussed, especially those of public consumption.
