Afrobeats superstar Davido has spoken candidly about the realities of balancing his marriage with his demanding music career, admitting that maintaining both is one of the biggest challenges he faces.
The singer made the revelation during a chat with content creator Carter Efe, where he was asked how he manages to juggle family life with his busy schedule as one of Africa’s biggest music stars.
Davido’s comments come just days after the release of his sixth studio album, Oriadé, which dropped on July 31, 2026. The 13-track project follows his 2025 album, 5ive, and marks another milestone in his music career.
Responding to the question, Davido admitted that he naturally enjoys travelling and finds it difficult to stay in one location for long.
According to him, “It’s not easy o, I don’t like to be in a place, I like being on the road, I’m use to being on the road.”
His remarks have since sparked conversations online, with many fans acknowledging the sacrifices that come with balancing family responsibilities and a successful entertainment career.
