Nollywood actress Rita Edochie has stirred reactions online with a cryptic post shared ahead of her reported legal battle involving actress Judy Austin.
On Sunday, September 27, 2026, Rita took to Instagram, where she expressed herself in Nigerian Pidgin while making a pointed reference to her current situation.
In the post, the actress described herself as a single mother engaged in content creation and questioned the use of the title “Mrs” in relation to her.
“Na content creation I dey do. Now na single mother I be. Abeg I no be Mrs ooo. Bigamy na your mate?” she wrote.
The post came shortly before a scheduled court proceeding, with Rita informing her followers that September 29, 2026, is a date to watch. She indicated that the matter is expected to be heard at Court 48, Apo, by 8 a.m.
