Former Miss World, Agbani Darego, is celebrating her ninth wedding anniversary with her husband, Ishaya Danjuma.
Agbani Darego came into prominence in 2001 after she won the coveted Miss World title. She walked down the aisle with Ishaya Danjuma, the son of the former Minister of Defence, Theophilus Danjuma, in Marrakesh, Morocco, in April 2017.

Even though Agbani was one of Africa’s most famous models after winning Miss World in 2001, there was almost no public drama or exposure about her love life.
The couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in April 2017, with little media fanfare. The event took place in Marrakesh, Morocco, with about 40 guests in attendance.
Despite being a celebrity, Agbani has preferred to maintain a private life, keeping her marriage out of the public eye.
Together, Agbani and Ishaya have two kids. They welcomed their first child in 2018 and their second in 2020. They’ve maintained a stable, scandal-free marriage, which is why many people admire them.
