Reality star Beauty Tukura has been at the forefront of a frantic rescue effort following the distressing viral video of Big Brother Naija All Stars winner, Ilebaye Odiniya, being allegedly assaulted.
The former Miss Nigeria utilised her social media platforms to mobilise assistance as the situation unfolded in real-time, sparking nationwide concern for Ilebaye’s safety.
Tukura, who disclosed the unfolding crisis via a series of urgent posts on X (formerly Twitter), initially reached out to the public for technical assistance when communication with Ilebaye was abruptly severed. She revealed that the victim was located in Abuja but had become unreachable before she could transmit her exact coordinates.

“Please who can track a number. Ilebaye isn’t reachable anymore. She was about to send her location. Please who can help? She said she’s in Abuja,” Tukura wrote
As the digital community raced to provide leads and contact authorities, Tukura late provided a sigh of relief to millions of worried fans.
“Help is on the way. Ah!!! She’s no longer in harm’s way. Thank God,” she shared in a follow-up update on her official X handle, bringing an end to hours of uncertainty.
However, While the details regarding the identity of the assailant and the extent of Ilebaye’s injuries remain private, Beauty emphasised that the full account of the incident would be shared by the victim herself when she is emotionally ready.
“It’s not my story to tell but thanks everyone. Ilebaye is fine and she’ll tell her story in her time. Thanks everyone,” Tukura added.
