Nigerian fashion designer Prudent Gabriel Peterson has sparked reactions online after sharing a disturbing experience involving a student at her fashion academy.
Taking to social media on Thursday, September 25, 2026, Prudent recounted an incident she said happened a few years ago at her academy.
According to the designer, a student was discovered at the entrance of her classroom in the early hours of the morning, between 2am and 3am, while other students were asleep.
Prudent claimed the student was bathing at the entrance of the classroom and had a red rope tied around her waist. She also said a calabash and feathers were found with the student, leading her to describe the incident as appearing ritualistic.
The revelation has generated reactions from social media users, with many expressing surprise and questioning what could have prompted the student to engage in such an act within the premises.
However, Prudent did not reveal the student’s identity or provide the exact date when the incident occurred. She simply noted that it happened a few years ago.
Rather than identifying or exposing the student, the fashion designer presented the experience as a warning to other business owners, urging entrepreneurs to remain vigilant about what happens within their establishments.
“As a business owner be very prayerful,” she wrote in her post.
