Tompolo Unites Adeleke, Oyetola To Mobilise Osun Votes For Tinubu

…Sets 1.5 Million Vote Target, Donates 30 Vehicles

The Chief Executive Officer of Tantita Security Services, Chief Government ‘Tompolo’ Ekpemupolo, has brought together Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, and the Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Adegboyega Oyetola, to mobilise 1.5 million votes for President Bola Tinubu in Osun in 2027.

Tompolo also donated 30 vehicles and other campaign materials for the mobilisation under the PBAT door-to-door movement.

Speaking through the Managing Director of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, Chief Kestin Pondi, Tompolo urged Osun residents to deliver at least 90 per cent of the votes cast for Tinubu.

He based his appeal on the president’s economic reforms and their effect on revenue available to state governments.

According to him, increased allocations have enabled governors to meet salary and pension obligations and execute infrastructure projects.

Quoting him, “We are in Osun State canvassing for votes for a man who has done so well for the South-West because we believe in the man. We believe in the man’s reformation agenda, and we believe that the man is what Nigeria needs at this point.

“We no longer have fuel queues. Our economy is stable. People are now coming to invest in Nigeria, as against when people were removing their money from Nigeria before he assumed office.

“Today, your governor has money to execute projects because President Bola Ahmed Tinubu was bold enough to start his reforms. Today, salaries are paid on time because the man was bold enough to start his reforms.

“Most people would have started their reforms in their second term, but he did start his reforms in the first term. Why do you think he did that? Because he loves Nigeria. Because he put Nigeria first. Because he wants to see that Nigeria moves from what it is now to something that will be the envy of other countries around us.

“If we must allow him to continue doing what he’s doing and move Nigeria to where Nigeria should be in the committee of nations, then we need to give him a second term. That’s why we’re in Osun State. That’s why we have come to you. We know that you are already going to vote for your brother.

“We know that you’re already going to vote for your son. We know that you’re already going to vote for the man who is moving Nigeria forward. But what we have come to tell you is that we don’t want your vote to be less than 90%. We want you to give him as many votes as you have. If you can give him 100%, give him 100%”, Tompolo further said.

Adeleke, who was represented by his deputy, Kola Adewusi, said the gathering showed willingness among political parties and groups in the state to work across party lines for Tinubu’s re-election.

He described the coalition as a platform for promoting the President’s second-term bid, while urging its members to put aside previous political disagreements.

He said, “Our unity of purpose and determination to join hands for the re-election of Mr. President is manifested today by this assembly of supporters across party lines. We all gathered here solely to promote and market Mr. President for continuity.

“We are proud Rainbow Coalition members with a strong belief in the leadership of Mr. President. I will start this address by commending the convener of this initiative, a true friend of Yoruba people, High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, also known as Tompolo. Your intervention is timely and in tandem with the needs of the Presidential Campaign Council. We appreciate you and your team for this nationwide advocacy, which has strengthened the re-election bid of Mr. President”.

Adeleke said the coalition would take its campaign to communities across Osun, adding that its partnership was focused on the presidential election.

He said, “Our gathering is therefore a timely push to gain further momentum in the campaign process. We must therefore forget past disagreements and unite to deliver for the President. All coalition partners have a duty to overlook all previous relationship antagonism and join hands to deliver between 1.5 to 2 million votes for Mr. President.

“As we move out to the corners and grassroots of Osun society, I must repeat that our partnership and coalition unity is mainly based on the presidential election”, Adeleke stated.

Oyetola, who was represented by the APC governorship candidate for the 2026 election, Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji, also backed the vote target, saying support for Tinubu was extending beyond the ruling party’s traditional political base.

He urged the South-West to translate its support for the President into votes at polling units, rather than leave it at political declarations.

Quoting Oyetola, “I appreciate the fact that the re-election project of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has continued to attract support beyond the traditional boundaries of our great political party, APC. It cuts across party lines. Individuals and political interests are increasing tremendously, recognizing the importance of continuity and the need to sustain the reforms and development program of our president’s administration.

“There’s no doubt that the presidential campaign of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is highly feasible and increasingly gaining momentum across the country. The political structure, the grassroots network, and advocacy machinery supporting his re-election are already evident in our region. This gives us an enormous responsibility to ensure that the South-West will deliver overwhelming votes for our father, our leader, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Our strength must be reflected not just in a political declaration, but in votes that we cast in all our polling units.”

Earlier, the National Coordinator of the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement, Sunday Asuku, described Tinubu as a leader supportive of women and young people, and claimed that state governments were now better positioned to meet their obligations.

He said, “No governor is owing pension. Everything is moving smoothly. These can only be done under Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Our plea to you in Osun State today is that you should come out massively on January 16th, 2027.

“There are about 2 million voters in Osun, with no less than 1.9 million votes up for grabs in Osun State. The votes should be in the bag for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu”, Asuku pleaded.
