A white woman has called out telecommunications giant MTN after claiming that her husband struggled to reach her on the phone because of poor network service.
In a video circulating online, the woman said her husband had to call her several times before getting through, leaving her frustrated with the network provider.
“MTN, I need to know why you’re trying to spoil my marriage. Tell me why it takes 12 tries for my husband to get through to me, and every time he complains about the network,” she said.
Her complaint has since sparked reactions online, with some social media users blaming MTN for the network issues while others joked that there could be another reason behind the repeated failed calls.
