US President Donald Trump has warned his supporters that they could “go to h*ll” if they fail to vote in the upcoming November midterm elections.
Trump made the remark while addressing Republicans during the party’s midterm convention in Dallas, Texas, where he urged supporters to mobilise their friends and family ahead of the polls.
Leading the crowd in a pledge to vote, Trump said, “You know what happens if you don’t vote? You go to h*ll.”
He also encouraged his supporters to bring their friends and relatives to the polls, while telling them to “try and cht like hll”* as he repeated his allegations of electoral fr**d against Democrats.
Trump also used the event to highlight what he described as achievements under his administration and warned that a Democratic victory in November would reverse his policies.
Vice President JD Vance also urged Republicans to protect their majorities in Congress as the party prepares for the midterm elections.
